1. Product Use and Intended Purpose

Products sold by Safe Guard Solutions are designed to reduce exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMF) and radio frequency (RF) radiation under normal conditions of use. These products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
Performance results may vary depending on installation, environment, and device configuration.

2. No Guarantee of Specific Results

While Safe Guard Solutions uses materials tested for shielding effectiveness (for example, up to 120 dB RF attenuation as indicated by manufacturer data under controlled laboratory conditions – see Parker Chomerics Test Report), we do not guarantee or warrant specific performance outcomes in any given environment.
Factors such as product placement, surrounding materials, gaps, and external signal strength can significantly affect real-world performance.

3. Warranty and Returns

Safe Guard Solutions offers a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee on eligible products.
If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping).
Products that have been used, applied, or installed — such as YSHIELD HSF54 EMF Paint and EMF Blocking RF Window Film — are not eligible for return or refund once opened or applied.

4. Product Liability and Indemnification

By purchasing or using products from Safe Guard Solutions, the customer agrees to assume all responsibility for proper use, installation, and maintenance. Safe Guard Solutions shall not be held liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from the misuse or improper application of products; or

• Any interruption of service or malfunction of connected devices due to shielding effects or signal attenuation.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Safe Guard Solutions, its owners, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or expenses resulting from misuse or modification of products.

5. Measurement Devices and Third-Party Products

Products such as Trifield TF2, Cornet ED88T Plus5G2, and similar meters are provided for measurement purposes only. Safe Guard Solutions makes no representations or guarantees about accuracy or suitability for any particular application.
All third-party products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.

6. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any purchase or use of products from Safe Guard Solutions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the purchase, use, or performance of products, the customer agrees to make reasonable, good-faith efforts to resolve the matter directly with Safe Guard Solutions before pursuing any formal legal action.

If resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, both parties agree that any claim shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

The customer further agrees that Safe Guard Solutions shall bear no responsibility for legal fees, costs, or expenses incurred by any party in connection with such disputes, and that both parties will seek non-litigious, cooperative resolution whenever possible.
